 Drew Neubauer is a native Californian, who currently resides in San Juan Bautista with his wife Peggy. Drew has served the San Benito County community as a real estate broker for 25 years with extensive experience in buying and selling commercial, residential, income, and agricultural properties. Drew is also a general engineering and building contractor, qualified to assist buyers and investors in value engineering and cost analysis. Drew holds a B.S. in Agri-Business from the University of California.
